5 Free Printables To Plan The Course & Your Life

5 Free Printables To Plan The Course & Your Life

I want to share with you 5 fantastic printables to plan your day to day so that you don’t miss anything.

I am one of those people who loves to make lists and have organizers for everything: for the week, for the purchase, for the month, for the year, for what I need on the blog… and much more 😉 This helps me make better use of time and work more efficiently and focused.

Even though a while ago I started working with Trello , which is a website where you can create lists of all kinds, I still print my organizers that I always have on hand on the table or hanging on the cork.

I hope you like the printables I have prepared and that you can make the most of them.

  1. Weekly menu and shopping list
  2. weekly planner
  3. Daily plan
  4. School schedule
  5. Monthly calendar

You will find them in 5 languages (Spanish, Catalan, Basque, Galician and English) and also in black and white, in case you don’t want to print them in color.

Weekly menu and shopping list

This is one of the most practical things there is. If you organize yourself well at home, one day a week you can make the menus for the week and the shopping list. This way when you go to the supermarket or the market you will only buy what you need for the week and not more things than planned.

I have created these colorful menus and shopping lists for you, so you can print them and use them each week to organize yourself.

  • These planners are ideal for:

    • Save time because in the supermarket or market you won’t have to think about what you should buy.
    • save time because every day it is clear what you should cook and there is no need to think and discuss what each person prefers.
    • The children will be clear about what there is to eat each day of the week (you can hang it in the kitchen).
    • food saving.

Since we do it at home we save a lot of time and discussions. 😉

You just have to print it as many times as you want and hang it every week in the kitchen, so that everyone knows what is to eat and so that whoever is going to do the shopping knows what to buy.

weekly planner

In each of the weeks of our lives so many things happen that, if you don’t write them down, you will surely forget something.

That’s why I created these weekly planners, with a space for each day, including Saturday and Sunday, and another space for notes, ideal for writing lists or ideas of what you have to do throughout the week.

You see that depending on your color taste, you can choose the one you love the most of all of them.

Action plan for a perfect day

nd if you are one of those people who wants to have everything planned, you will love this daily planner.

In it you can write down everything:

  • the list of tasks you have to do
  • your dates
  • the menu you have planned
  • a checklist of your daily habits, such as reading for a while, exercising, or writing in your personal journal
  • the best of the day

You will find it in two formats: A4 and A6 (that is, “pageant” size, the fourth part of an A4 din).

School schedules so you don't forget anything

Whether you are a teacher or have children, this weekly schedule will surely come in handy to know what is on at all times. As you will see, it runs from 8 in the morning to 10 at night, so you can also include extracurricular activities: sports, music, English, theater…

I have made various models, so that each member of the family can have their own and not confuse them.

Monthly calendar

Finally, here you have a monthly calendar, to be able to write down those activities, commitments or anniversaries that you should remember. As you will see, the days do not have a number, so you can use the same template every year; Print it out and write the numbers in the corresponding yellow box.

My advice

The best thing about all these planners and organizers is that you can combine them to your liking, to obtain the agenda-organizer that you really need to plan the course.

I advice you…

  • First think in detail what you need. There are people who find the monthly and weekly organizer enough and there are others who need the daily planner to keep everything under control.
  • Next, calculate how many sheets of each organizer you need and print them. You can do it every month or now print everything you need for the school year at once.
  • Fill in the blank spaces for dates and names.
  • Bind all the sheets of paper so you don’t have it spread out on the table.
  • Enjoy organization and you will be more effective.

I hope you liked all the planners!

Which of them did you like the most? Are you more of a weekly or daily organizer? How will you organize your agenda to plan the course?
I read you in the comments!
